German otomotive giant Mercedes sells damaged cars in Turkey as a brand new car.

Among the world's major car brands and celebrating it's anniversary Mercedes sold a used and damaged car in Turkey as a brand new car. Customer of famous brand have a big loss because of this operation.

Damaged car sold by Topkapı Mengerler Ticaret Türk A.Ş. (Which is a Dealer of Mercedes Benz in Turkey) in the date of 10.03.2016 and priced 242.296,23 TL. Invoice number of this selling was 774191 Serial: E Queue No: 39 (61489223926) and type of the car was GLC 250 4M Exclusive.

After buying customer take the car an expertise and asking for an expertise report. And this reports shows that: vehicle has little dents and scratches. After this reports buyer asking his dealer person in Mengerler about the situation. And his dealer said that; "They do not have any information about this scratches. It is possible to this car came form Germany in same way"

Dealer tried to blame Germans 

Buyer asked to his dealer "Is this a fraud from Germans?" The answer is; "May be someone else used your car when you are unaware"

Then customer asking to his dealer, Expert of Mercedes can find the exact timing of this schratchs and painting

and you should do that. Insist from the customer forced to dealer accept it. Then tehir experts examining on car and they are accepted to damage. Customer asking them to a printed report of what they said. But they are refusing this order and said that: "We do not have that kind of a service" 

Damage hiding by cheat taking down value 

This damage which hidden by cheat taking down to value of the car which sold as a brand new car. Customer of the company send an warning to the company through notary public. But after several months the customer can not get e response form Topkapı Mengerler Ticaret Türk A.Ş 

In this case importer, dealer and producer are responsible in same way to the customer and there can be legal and criminal liability for there of them. 

After this cycle problem wil be in the consumer court is expected to be resolved.
